  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Pastry brush
  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Tongs or spatula
  • 1 Serving platter

Ingredients

For the Guacamole

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bruschetta

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Guacamole

  • Mash the Avocados: In a medium bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork until you reach your desired consistency. I love mine a little chunky for that extra texture.
